One thing that had always resonated with me, and especially so after having gone through everything that I did with the ostomy, is that, you know, strong people are not made from easy lives.
And you know that with bigger, the bigger the challenge that you're facing, the more opportunity there is to make something special of it. Because, you know, challenges are just that they're challenging.
And, um, I've always resonated with the idea that you should, you know, face those challenges with patience, respect, but also a degree of, um, uh, you know, grit that's required to, to get through that.
And that absolutely the ostomy has been the biggest challenge of my life, but also one of the most defining ones. And it, the things that I'm most proud about, of who I am as a person are directly related to or caused by the fact that I have an ostomy.
